I am creating a site in which students upload their notes and earn points. The students then take the points they earn and use them to download other users notes. The admin would be the only one able to remove the file once it has been uploaded. The student that uploaded the file would earn points every time someone downloads it. Or it could be setup so that you are allowed to download attachments in a particular board once you select it from the shop.
