Bugs / Shop not working right

sorry if this is the wrong place...

Frist off i have Shop 3.0 and SMF 1.1.4.

The problem that im having is this when people try to buy anything it tells them that they have 0 in hand and 0 in bank.
When i goto look at the top richist members is shows what they have in hand and in the bank. Also when i try to edit there account it shows what they have..

Is this somthing that deals with the mysql or somthing like that? and does anyone know how to fix this. I Searched the site and i didn't come up with anything.

Installation Problems / Download file v2

Im having some problems with this...

I have media files that are all over 100MB when i add then to the shop it works fine but when i test the idem the idem does not download all the way. One of the movies that i have only downloads 400MB out of 1.6gigs and the episode that i have tryed only downloads 500KB out of 235MB

Is there away to get this fixed???

saved it open it up with editpad and theres nothing there.. same with notepad too..

Ok that did not work.. Here is a screen shot of the file getting saved it says 26 bytes when in fact it sould be 1.36Gigs

Yes i need help on adding Download files to the shop.

I have media files that I was to get into the shop when i add the file to the shop useing both the download file from Dansoft and the other downloader v2 from someone else it pulls up the file fine but it does not let the user download the full file. lets say i have Inuyasha movie 2 thats an .avi file it pulls up the .avi file but not the full size of it. Is there away to get this fixed sence thats what im useing the shop for the most is for all my media files.

see i added the script from http://www.daniel15.com/forum/index.php?topic=316.0 so that way people can update there usergroup and when i try to add the item to the shop thats when i get the table error. I have looked in Myphpadmin and in there i see the smf_membergroup and i see nothing wrong with it at all.

ok i installed that and all that but for some reasion the database does not have the Shop in it no more... is there away that i can add the queries in the Phpmyadmin?

Ok i'm not to sure if you can do this or not but here goes...

I have the shop installed and all that i know that you can add files to the shop for people can download.
what i want to do is have a board in the forums that has all my media files on it and the only way that people can get to it is if you spend points in the shop to get to it..
