Installation Problems / Shop Mod Smf Problem please help

whenever i click on anything for the shop in acp or regular shop icon for all members its brings up a page which says this Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/wearesik/public_html/Sources/shop/ShopAdmin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/wearesik/public_html/index.php on line 426

now im running smf 1.1.6 and installed shop mod 3.0 fresh.

i have already switched language to english. how can i fix this issue?
