Installation Problems / No acp, all there is are credits :(

I have installed SMF Shop 4 times now. 2 thru SMF and 2 thru a ftp client. Also, each time they were different downloads
I dont see a the shop acp and when you go to the shop
(http://favio-design.purejet.net/forum/index.php?action=shop)
It has that ^^^ has the page title and all you see are the people's credits

I cant figure out what I did wrong
I insalled SMF Arcade, Gallery, Staff List, and Download Manager and they worked fine.
