Installation Problems / Installation Error

I have purchased FlashChat and installed it from my server. I am using SMF 1.1.4 and  Dilber Multicolor, but have also reverted back to the default and have the same problems. I don't see it on my site, using http://mysite/chat. I tried to install the  FlashChat Integration 1.0  but get this error. Any help would be appreciated. I did try to search for an answer, but couldn't find anything to help me.
