What is the exact error message you receive when running the install script? Once that is resolved, the second problem should be fixed as well.

I'm not sure if this is still being watched, or if a position is still available, but I am willing to help. I've had quite a bit of experience over the years with mods on SMF and Invision, and even ported a couple from the latter. In fact, I am currently working on a few improvements to the Shop - namely, some cosmetic fixes among some other small things.
