Bugs / Email and Admin

I've noticed this a lot on here and no one seems to get a reply.. but here goes.

I basically am using this so members can buy items in my minecraft server.  The Email Admin does not work, however! The user uses the item, puts in thir username in the feild that is there for them, but no email gets sent!

This is incredibly frustrating, and if any oneknows a fix it would be fantastic!
