Coding / Change "7.00 cedits" to "7 credits"

At the moment my forum says that someone has for example "17.00" credits.
Is there a way to Change the 17.00 cedits to 17 credits?

I installed this MOD with the "Packages" option in the admin panel.
Everything work fine now.

But it doesnt show how many credits you have on the left side of your post.

Example:
Here you have:

At my forum you only have:
