Is there a way that the admin can choose the amount of money a certain person gets? Including him/herself.

Hi,
On my forum I have a VIP club which is only avaliable to members over amount of posts and I was wondering if there is a mod/item for the shop where you have to have XXX amount of credits to enter the new membergroup/secret board. Is this possible?
