Requested additions / Membergroup based discounts?

Hi, I am adminstering a forum that converted from vB last November, and this was one of the first hacks we installed. The reason being, we used a similar mod back when vB was in the version 2 days. One thing we had then that I'd like to see again would be discounts based on membergroups. Reason being we discounted items like custom avatars and stuff to staff members. Is this possible at some point in the future?
