Coding / ? about the trade center

When an item is bought in the trade center. It says you have bought the item
from the former admin.  Where can this be changed? Is it in the general settings ( I can't find anything) or embedded in a code?

I have your shop installed on my Moms forum. We love it (thanks).
I was wondering if the items they purchase can be displayed
under their avatar. Is this possible to add this in?
