Shop Button Requests / Default Theme Shop Button Bug?

I have default theme, and although I can access the shop from below my username, there is no button up top displayed!

How do I fix this?

My problem:

The shop button is not showing up, although I have set permission for regular members/and moderators to see the shop.

Why?
