Requested additions / Send Items to Admin?

Hi. I want to use SMFShop as a way for users to purchase real items (that will be shipped to them). Is there a way to make an item, that when used, will be deleted from the user's inventory, sent to member #0's (the first member, which should be the admin), with a note of the user's name and shipping address?
