login as admin
in the shop administration choose Add/Edit/Delete Items.
if you haven't already, from drop down menu choose Lottery Ticket by YamiKaitou, from there you can configure the mod.
other wise you will have a list of items in the shop, again you can edit any of them after adding them

after you set up the defaults in Add/Edit/Delete Items (drop down list of shop items), you or a member would find in "Buy Stuff" an Item called "Lottery Ticket".
for the drawing, you would setup a cron or manually run the file to complete the lottery
I think its a very good mod, I havent tried to "Un Install" it as it works great for me.
I have modified a few of the variables to suite my needs
What I would like, and I have asked the author, is for the lottery to choose only from the numbers entered, so I will always have a winner

in  Lottery.php   there is this line

there is also reference in the db

problem with that download version2
after you ad an item and all, you cant edit the link, or the links name, it and the file name are not there to edit
all you can do is change image, price and cat...

question, possible to award the lotto one of the selected tickets?, no matter how many enter, or how many tickets  a user will purchase...., so a random drawing of only the lotto numbers entered. I want it to be easy for members to win as we will give a specific gift to keep them coming back lol

sorry to re hash old stuff, but I find it important to say, that Daniel is a very bright and talented young man, its very obvious looking at his work.
Some may just be envious of his abilities, I am just glad to call him friend and enjoy his work....

doing a lot of testing with file placement and size...
file size seems to be an issue,
Daniel, where, which files control the attributes for file extensions and size?

I have been using the shop, had put some down loadable items in shop, all was good, now I am experiencing these troubles, either link goes to blank page or worse yet, it seems if I try to buy the same item more than once (just to test download link) I will get this
What are you doing? That ISN'T your item!!! And you even went to inv3!! Well, I thought you might try that... Stop trying to steal, SMFShop is smarter than that

I did re purchase this item, it ads to inventory but this bogus error occured??

thanks, was being lazy at first lol,
already installed and that is what I did, looked through the files and seen that the 1st (revised) was needed, then the add on
great mod . Hats off to you that put this together    (2 thumbs up)
