REQUEST :: PM on item use with user message

Hello friends, this is my first post on the board. I am new to SMF and also new to SMFshop, I am just going on testing this great mod for my board....

I know nothing of PHP, so I need your help....

I want to have a small item...like this ....

1. It will be like any other item....
2. Members can buy it......
3. On using the item from the Inventory, they need to fill up a message(PM) that will come back to me(Admin) as PM....

A partial solution is done here by dear daniel....but the user message part is still not solved...can anyone help me ? plz and thanks...
