Item request: Lotery

I'm not good at coding but thought it might be interesting :)
Let's say some users buy a "ticket" or more with random numbers (money goes to lotery bank) and then every week (ex. every sunday) some random numbers are selected. If user has a ticket with 3 or more matching numbers, he gets some % from bank. If there are more than one user, they get equaly.
There also should be some kind of info page where you coud check how many ticket are sold (before lotery) and what numbers were and who won (after lotery).
I think this item would require a package and a cron job (not sure cause i'm not good at coding)
What do you think about that? :)

one more thing :)
if there're too little tickets bought (less than 10 or 20 < Admin should set this) the lotery is suspended till next sunday (or whatever day is set in acronjob) :)

Is someone gonna make this? I want this alot!!! This could be the most popular item I would say if it was made and published out to the open :)

Actually I have been working on an item like this... I like the ideas you have for it and once i get the basics, I will make it do that stuff... package it all up.. n post it here.

You could also do it so every person who buys a ticket -- their money goes into a lottery pot, and the winner gets all.
