Unwanted button

Hi,
I have the package installed but not applied. When it is applied, there are 2 shop buttons and when not applied, there is one there. It leads to the forum but I don't want it to be there.
Any help?

Go to your themes "index.template.php" and look if there's a duplicate of the shop button (CTRL+F and type in "Shop" to find it quickly), and then remove the duplicate from there, save, and reupload that file. Should be fixed now.

Ok, new problem
One of my staff has done something.
The smfshop isnt in the package list but the credits and such are under peoples names
How can I get rid of this?

If the shop is working properly (you can browse it, view items, etc.), then this may be ignored. It seems to happen sometimes, but I'm not quite sure why...
