Pet Penalties

Been thinking, that I would like to add some penalties to the pets, eg:
If the pet is hungry and less it will feed it self on (10 X days of hunger) of your post count
if the pet is Very Full and more it will have to go to gym to exercise therefore it will use (10X days of Very full and more ) of credits
if the pet is gloomy and less it will try to brighten it's day by taking (1Xday of gloomy) from your karma
if the pet is Joyous it will add +1 karma to you for the days of being gleeful
if the pet is Exstatic it will add +10Xdays of being exstatic to your karma

Anybody that might be able to assist me with the code, would be appreciated I am really a very useless coder

I'd like to see where members cannot purchase the same pet twice.  (ie: if my cage would work on my forums, and it allowed members to have multiple pets.)

I wonder if it would be possible to limit members to 1 of each pet.

I think that would be quite simple to achieve. let me see what I can do around that. might take me 3 days or such
