Equipped with features that make it ideal for Summer time wear, let’s get a closer look at the New Balance 009 Supernova.The 009 starts off with a suede constructed upper covered in small Black speckling. Accompanying the suede build is the neoprene sock collar coming in the same tonal hue. The toecap comes with microperforations, while the heel cap comes in a contrasting synthetic material. The “N” branding comes in a leather build to round out the look of the upper. Below you will find a midsole equipped with IMEVA HR-technology and underneath that you will find a speckled gum outsole.

Inspired by two currently existing models, let’s go over New Balance‘s latest and greatest.The lifestyle model is said to be a hybrid stemming from a couple of models from the 900 series. The shoe acquires features from the 998 and 999 by incorporating a dual density midsole as well as a neoprene foam package placed on the collar that happens to be molded and contoured based on the ankle anatomy.
Next up for the
new balance 009 is this brand new colorway opting for some bold color blocking consisting of a super bright toe finish.This version of the New Balance 009 uses a handful of materials to create the upper. Sateen (maybe satin) is used to construct the bootie/ankle region of the shoe. The forefoot and part of the heel appears to use a nubuck-like material, while mesh is also found on the heel, the uncovered part of the cut out “N” and the entire toe. Most of the shoe rocks a Navy color, but that is seen put to a stop as the toe comes in a super bright Lime Glow. The White sole with a faint pattern on it completes the look of the shoe.

new balance 009 women silhouette Thursday night at the Soho House in New York City, but for those who don’t live in the Big Apple, the brand is bringing its latest sneaker on a worldwide tour.The brand is also set to make stops in Berlin, Seoul and Los Angeles to show off the 009, a shoe that takes elements from its classic 900 series — specifically the 998 and 999 models — and pairs them with the latest New Balance technologies, innovations and materials.
