not sure what you mean but i think you mean do the inventory images do anything, in which case no but if you hover over the images it will display a tooltip with the description of what the item is/does hope that helps.

If you want items that don't do anything, go to the "Add/Edit/Delete Items" section in the admin panel and use the "Rock" item. Change the name, description and image to whatever image you'd like to use.

Rock items are unusable, and are only for display :)
