[SOLVED] What is the User Title?

So, when someone buys the user title, nothing shows up.. Nowhere. What is the user title? And how do I make this work?

User Title ( im pretty sure on this)

If you go into your Forum Profile, where is says "Personal Text"
If you type a message in there, then it will show up under your Avatar when you post
