Translation almost done, but one small prob - pls help

Hello,
I am almost done with a Chinese translation of SMF Shop, but have encountered a problem. Not major, but would be great if solved, as I suspect it applies to all translations that relates to UTF-8.

Under "Add/Edit/Delete Items", where we can let the admin change the item name and description, the UTF-8 characters become "". However, the UTF-8 characters show up just fine in the "add category" and all other sections.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what could be causing this, as I'm not too familiar with UTF-8 stuff. Perhaps the smf_shop_items table needs to be converted to UTF-8 or something? I'll try to take a look at this.

Edit: This might be related:

I found that all MySQL tables of smfshop using latin1_swedish_ci coding, but i need win1251 cyrillic! Something tels me that i can change coding of each table throught phpMyAdmin.

It's worked! If you have the same problem - just change coding of mysql shop tables
