OrangeStar, you did choose the backup option while upgrading SMF, right?
Please try running this query in phpMyAdmin:

yes, but I just made a post asking everyone how many Garden Bux (thats what our points are called) and they posted so I just went to the admin section and manually gave them there money back

It should install fine, and once it's done, your shop should be working again (and people should still have the same amount of credits as they did before the upgrade)
