yeah, I found another theme that had a similar button layout and used the code from that.

for anyone else that is looking to add a button to the black day theme, I used the button code from the "Oxygen" theme which works perfectly. (click HERE (http://www.daniel15.com/forum/index.php/topic,213.0.html) for the instructions.

here's the button I made for the Black day theme too: (http://medwayforum.com/Themes/TP_Black_Day_0/images/english/shop.gif)

put it in your /Themes/TP_Black_Day_0/images/english/ folder :)
