I'm new with all this so please bare with me:
I would like a shop item to be purchased that will buy the member a "Board" within' a specific category(the category will be called "Members Block")..... anyway.. they purchase it and it gives them their own board to use as a blog and they are the moderators of that single board... hmmm can't think of anymore detail, so I hope it helps
