Title: Bookie/Betting System

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but maybe a Bookie system to allow users to bet points on upcoming real sporting events.  Something where an Admin can login and add events and people can place bets and it will automatically payout to the winners.

I'm not good in the rates. I would like to read more literature on this topic.
