Installation Problems / [SOLVED] Add/Edit Items error

Every time I try to add or edit an item I get the following error.
I can delete items without any problems.
I have tried re-running the installscript.php file, and that seems to work, because it adds another set of default items to the list.
I made sure all the files were uploaded correctly and not showing up with a 0 byte size.
I also went through the install_SMF1-1.xml file and made sure everything installed properly.
Any ideas?
