Coding / Giving items to memebers from the admin panel

Sorry I just a noob on this coding but i am wondering if its is possible to make it so when your in the admin area of the shop, to make it so you can give an item to a member from under the member inventory section. so far i can see only able to edit there credit info. Not looking for send member this item from my inventory but more of create the item in there inventory ^.^
