Requested additions / User Upload to inventory ?

Hi I'm new to all this and I was wondering if someone could make me a mod so that users could add their own files into their shop inventory and then be able to add the files to the trade center (and be able to be downloaded several times until trading on the file is stopped) to sell to everyone and get the credits everytime their items are bought.
The files should be uploaded to my ftp site (ftp directory is ftp://triman.dyndns.org/User%20Upload)
When the file is stopped trading it should be moved to (/User%20Upload/Finished) and if a file that is already in the finished folder is uploaded again it is moved to the User Upload folder.
I hope this is possible.
