Coding / Shop admin not showing up?

ive installed the shop and no problem with installing it. The only problem i have is the shop admin not showing up also the other thing is that it doesnt show up in the adim area either so that you can edit it. I've asked this question already but no one doesnt answer or replay and then I have searched the fourms and i looked for answers but nuttin seems to work. So my question is how do i get this thing to work? Please can anyone help me or do it for me. im not so sure of how to do this and i need help. either do it for me please or walk me through it is all i ask? I really need this asap but it doesnt have to be like right now! If anyone can help please help me or give me some sort of suggestions.

So what could be the problem, everywhere else i read i do what they say but nuttin happens. so urm can ya help?

I installed shop yesterday but when  go to the shop page it shows this:



I've had a while back and i never had problems and im getting problems now with 3.0 the fourms is 1.15 but even if i upgrade the fourms to a newer version . The shop still dont show up. So if anyone could kindly tell me step by step how to fix this, Thank you if you can  .. It would mean alot to me.
