Repeated Profile Lines

Hi All,

Not sure if this board is still active at all, but I have a bit of an issue with our profiles. I get two lines of info (see photos) and I've spent a lot of time inputting data, I'd rather not have to delete everything and start again.

Any help is appreciated!
