Repeated "Shop" Links in Header

Hi,

I just installed the Shop Mod today at my messageboard.  Everything is working fine, except there are four "Shop" links at the top of the board.  How do I get rid of the excess links so that there is only one "Shop" link?  I am unsure of which file to edit.  If anyone could help, that'd be great.  Thanks!

This is in the Themes/[theme name]/index.template.php file (Themes/default/index.template.php if you're using the default theme)
