Title: Problem with SMFBlog - No Blog Option when editing board

I have a forum - ozibound.com (http://ozibound.com) and I am having problems getting SMFBlog to work. It looks like it installs correctly, although I have to upload the files manually, but when trying to convert the board to a blog, there is no option. Well there is a new option, but no wording next to it (see attached). I assumed that was the option to click, but when I do there is no change.

Any thoughts?

I checked the logs and saw these problems:
