no files?

well im using a custom template and it requires for me to edit some files that arent in my template -- Profile.template.php and ManageBoards.template.php -- these arent in my template file and i want to know if anything will happen, because i want the points to appear on the boards and template, the forum link is www.gamers-forum.com -- template im using is Aa new Damage.  response appreciated

Don't worry about it, it will still install fine.
If a theme doesn't have certain files, it will use the files from the default theme :)

well after i installed it, it slowed up my forum -- i've been waiting over 2 mins now for my home page to load today, slower than yesterday, how can i fix that tho?

It shouldn't slow down your forum at all, and doesn't really change anything on the main page.
At the bottom of the page, how many queries does it say were used (eg. Page created in 0.403 seconds with 13 queries.)
