Title: Do all Members Have to Be Involved

Not sure if I understand how this whole shop works. I get the basic but not sure if all members are involved in this like it or not.

Say I have a item to remove 100 posts from a member can I do this to any member?

As I know some of my members would be pissed if I did this to them'

So the question is are all members involved in the shor or can they choose not to be involved in the shop

anyone who uses this item can choose one member to reduce post count

what if the member doesn't want to be involved in this is there a way to disable the user from action taken again them?

someone was asking for a protection items but i think there're no such yet
