uninstalling version 1.0

Hi I installed your mod Flashchat Integration v1.0 and all been fine. I need to remove the plugin as I am removing the flashchat from the site because of issues with the software mix I have on the site... Also later I might decide to upgrade to version 5. But the problem is that I am now running smf 1.17 (from 1.14 when I first installed your plugin). Anyway the problem is that I'm told that it is unsafe to uninstall the plugin because the following files test failed:
./index.php
./Themes/default/index.template.php
./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php
./chat/inc/flashChatTag.php
./chat/inc/cmses/smfCMS2.php


Could you possibly tell me how to manually remove this plugin please... or a solution to this problem.

Not to worry I can see that replies are few and far between.
I'll trash the forum and re-install it and avoid this plugin in future
