Works on custom themes?

Sorry, as i want to keep clean my forum i want to know if works good in customs thmes
like dilber mc, aa damage, neon + smf 1.1.3

If no, can you tell me all modifications, example search for this in this add before this and this, etc...

Indeed, it works in custom themes. However,  you do need to edit the theme yourself. Please see http://www.dansoftaustralia.net/smfshop_wiki/Category:Themes :)
