Can't get the Cron Job to work

Hi everyone, please help me with this : I want to set up Cron Job for the bank to work properly but just couldn't do that. I did EXACTLY what daniel said but today when I took a look at my credits in the bank still nothing happened. What should I do next ? I can't find any file called interest_log.htm either. Sorry for annoying. Thank you very much.

Did you wait a whole 24 hours? The cron job will run at 12:00AM server time (whatever time zone your server is in).
