Is there a way to implement a Betting type senario with SHOP

Hi i am New and still don't fully understand SMF Shop and how everything works.

But i was wonder if it is possible to set it up so that members could have bets with each other ,say bet 50 credits on a certain out come etc?

I have setup a horse racing forum www.racehorsetalk.com.au and something thing like this would be a huge bonus in a community like this, these guys would bet on two flies crawling up the wall.

I would even pay somebody to implement something like this

The hard part would be determining the outcome of what is being betted on. How would you plan on doing this? Would you manually input the results of the bet each time? Seems to me it would be just as easy to do by hand.

Maybe just let a moderator or Admin decide the result ?
