does this mod allow different inventories by membergroup? I also wanted to know how does it show the users you have the item because I was wondering if theres a way to make it so only admins and selectable membergroups to see if the character has those contents? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by this?
There's the one "Buy Stuff" section, where all members can purchase items. Each user has their own inventory.
I also wanted to know how does it show the users you have the item
There's a "View Inventory" link next to every users' posts.

I may have misworded it but the inventory of what a user can buy can that be different by membergroup.

In that case, no, this is not available at the moment. You may request someone to write this for you in the Requested Additions board :)
