Basically I have a website where I want to encourage students to share their old course notes with each other.
I have forums where users post their old notes from different subjects as attachments, and other users can download them.
I was thinking of having a system where users would have to pay say 100 credits (for example) to download an attachment, and the user who posted that attachment would get say 75 credits in return.
This would encourage users to share notes so they can earn enough credits to download other people's notes.
Of course the URLs to the downloads would have to be masked some way too.
What do you think?
