How to add "increase karma" item to my shop?

I saw an increase karma by 5 item in this forum's shop. What do I need to do to add that to my forum? It would be extremelly useful because karma actually allows people to purchase things like custom made graphics, etc. on my forum (it's done manually; though I am trying to figure out how to make it so people's karma on my actual website could be automatically updated by me changing it on the forum if anyone could give me clues to doing that). We call it "Cosmo Cash", and one of the things you can use the shop money for is to purchase more karma.

Conversely, is there a way to take from karma and give shop money for it instead? Like take 5 karma and give 200 shop money?

Hmmm... The "Increase Karma" item should be standard, unless I did something wrong
Go to ' Add/Edit/Delete Items', and choose to add the 'Increase Karma by xxx' item.

Conversely, is there a way to take from karma and give shop money for it instead? Like take 5 karma and give 200 shop money?
