Title: Error in installscript

This is a noob question but I hope someone can help me.

I upload everything and try to run the installscript.php but I get this:
Database Error
Incorrect table name ''
File: /home/mike125/public_html/forums/installScript.php
Line: 33 

How can I fix this?
