Create items but not add them to shop?

Is there anyway I can add items, but not have them show up in the shop? So that they can be special items I can like send to specific members or something?

Well, It definitely could be possible. If you don't have anything helpful to say, then why did you even post? The smilies were also unnecessary and gives me another reason to not believe you.
