Sorry, but there currently is no way to do this. You may instead give them lots of money, and then they can send money to people :D

theyd have to go in and edit the table in the database...thays the only way I know how to do it.  What I did, since there was no way to edit their money to GIVE it to them, I made an account and just editted their money in the table to kaboodles so I can just send members money through that account. I haven't had to remove any money yet, but I'm sure I'll just have to tell them to send the money to the certain money account.

It wouldn't be hard to code this. Porbably best be done by adding fine page which only you and the global mods can see. I'll try and code something like this up when I have some spare time.
