[SOLVED] Installing Pets help needed

Hi I did a forum search but could find any posts on the help I needed so I 'm making a new post.

When I try to install the pet mod I get this

"Some of the files the package manager needs to modify are not writable. This needs to be changed by logging into FTP and using it to chmod or create the files and folders. Your FTP information may be temporarily cached for proper operation of the package manager."

Problem is for w/e reason it never lets me connect to my ftp via the package manager thing, so I have to do it manually.

I looked at the installation files trying find which I needed to make writable but obviously I am missing some and I can't figure it out because I keep getting the same above message.

So could someone tell me what files I need to make writable or what folders I may have to manually add?

It proably never lets you because you need to use your server address.

something like "home/NAME/YOURDOMAIN/etc...

It actually turned out to be the opposite problem I was filling in the server addy but than left it blank and it worked lol 

So thanks for the reply if I didn't see it I wouldn't of bothered trying again and doing that
