"Database already installed" error

Previously I was able to uninstall the Shop Mod but now that I tried to re-install it in the forum, I get an error saying

Database already installed on SMF Shop 2.1

There's supposedly no problem, but the thing is I cannot see the Admin Panel for the Shop Mod? It's not under Forum Maintenance where it's supposed to be.

How to successfully re-install the Mod Shop?

You sure that it isn't there?

Anyways, the admin panel entries are set in Sources/Load.php. Open that file, and verify that the SMFShop edits are in there. If they're not, you'll need to manually edit the file.
