Title: Need help with sending PM

I don't get how to send PM, i want to make all the item that change someone else's stuff send a PM to tell them that it was changed by other member,not the by admin.

can someone give me a full example using one of the item?

or if someone can make all of them send a pm and attach them on their post?

Or can somone do for just ChangeOtherTitle, and DecreasePost
