Title: Certain membergroups able to edit money.

Hi.
My plan is to allow certain membergroups  to access a custom action. On this page, the member will be able to edit any member's money, but only that.


So far i've made the new permission and the action. (attached)

I also need to add a button linking to the action after the split topic button.

I'd appreciate any help. :)
