Title: access to shop

this has to be something simple. I had to reinstall my forums and am using a custom theme. The shop shows up for me when i am logged on into the admin account, but when i log into a dummy account i get this message, permissions somewhere set wrong perhaps


An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access the Shop!


any help would be appreciated.

Setup permissions

Under Admin -> Permissions then modify each group
